Amelia Concours 2024

The 2024 Amelia Concours is shaping up to be something really special with NASCAR legend Rick Hendricks as this year’s honoree and Ferrari 250 touring cars, the Bugatti Type 57, and the cars of Pike’s Peak as the featured classes. Plus, when you live in the snowy, cold Northeast as I do, who doesn’t like a trip to sunny Florida at the end of February?

I’ll be there on Friday and Saturday in the Plaza Room exhibiting artwork from my recent book, Origins—The Stories Behind the Art. Come by, pick up a copy, and I’ll make sure to sign it for you. You can also enjoy a special 15% savings on any of the art from Origins. That includes framed or unframed limited edition (signed, numbered, and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity) archival prints and brushed aluminum art. This special savings is available from now through March 2nd whether you attend the show or not.

What? You say you can’t go? Hey, I’ve got you covered with a link to this year’s exhibit catalog

Here’s your essential Amelia Concours information:
• The checkout coupon for the art savings is amelia2024.
• No coupon needed to save $25 on a copy of Origins (regularly $165). Both offers are good through March 2nd.
• Link to the Origins artwork is here
• If you’re going to attend, be sure to checkout the silent auction for charity on Friday and Saturday and bid to win one of my framed, limited edition prints, 100% of the proceeds going to Spina Bifida of Jacksonville, Shop with Cops, and Community Hospice & Pallative Care.

Right now, I’m finishing up on framing artwork for the exhibit. The catalogs are set to arrive in the next day or two, The Air BnB is booked and paid for and the rental SUV has been reserved for the 20-hour haul south. All that’s left to do is organize my show kit and load it up on the 25th. If you’re going to be there, come by, browse the artwork, pick up a signed copy of Origins or just to say hey.

Lastly, I’m bringing a special piece with me that you really don’t want to miss. And the only thing I’m going to say about it is it isn’t a car. And, just to help get you in the mood, here’s a photo gallery from last year’s event courtesy of Sports Car Art’s official roadie and photographer for 2023.
