Corvette Grand Sport Coupe
The product of an abandoned factory race program, the Grand Sport was entered in the 1963 Nassau Speed Week races by John Mecum with driver’s Roger Penske, Jim Hall, Dick Thompson, John Cannon, and Augie Pabst taking turns at the wheel. The GS handily defeated the fearsome Cobras.
